Terms of Sale
1. Who you are buying from
MTD Survival Kit is a trading name of Unlock Profit Online Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15831643), registered office: Office 1, Gloucester House, 23a London Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE2 8AN, United Kingdom. Contact: help@mtdsurvivalkit.co.uk.
2. What you are buying
Our products are digital downloads (spreadsheets, PDF guides and checklists) delivered immediately after payment via Payhip. Nothing physical is shipped. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content.
3. Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the files for your own business record-keeping (or, for accountants and bookkeepers, for your own practice's internal use). You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or repackage the files. The content remains the intellectual property of Unlock Profit Online Ltd.
4. Not tax, legal or financial advice
The MTD Survival Kit is educational material. Every factual claim is sourced to gov.uk guidance current at the date shown in the files, but HMRC rules change and your circumstances are your own. The kit does not constitute tax, legal or financial advice, and we are not a firm of accountants. For advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.
5. Refunds
We offer a voluntary 14-day refund policy, no questions asked — email help@mtdsurvivalkit.co.uk with your order ID. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality).
6. Free updates
When HMRC materially changes the rules covered by the kit, we issue updated files by email: for the current tax year on the Core Kit, and for 12 months from purchase on the Complete Kit. "Materially changes" means changes to thresholds, deadlines, required categories or penalties — not cosmetic gov.uk rewording.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for penalties, interest or losses resulting from how you complete your own tax submissions.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
